To coordinate and manage marketing activities to identify new business opportunities and increase sales.

1. Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

2. Identify potential clients, pitch products/services and negotiate contracts to close deals.

3. Drive business opportunities through prospecting, networking and building strong client and partner relationships.

4. Plan and execute marketing campaigns both online and offline, to promote products/services and increase sales.

5. Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs and monitor competitor activities for informed business decisions.

6. Enhance the company’s brand presence through advertising, promotions and public relations efforts.

7. Maintain a robust CRM system to track client interactions, follow up on leads and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

1. MBA in Marketing or a relevant Bachelor’s degree.

2. 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Tin or Woven Sacks industry.

3. Strong communication, negotiation or interpersonal skills

4. Experience in implementing marketing campaigns and conducting marketing research.

5. Ability to work independently, meet targets and handle client relationships

6. Proficiency in CRM systems and Digital Marketing strategies

7. Willingness to travel pan-India as required for client meetings.

8. Salary upto Rs 5 lakhs to 6 lakhs per annum (CTC)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
