**Key Responsibilities:Marketing and Product Promotion**:

- Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote sensor products across various industries, including automotive, healthcare, industrial automation, and IoT.
- Create technical marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to showcase products and solutions.

**Sales Support and Training**:

- Train sales personnel and channel partners on the technical aspects of sensor products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address customer challenges, offering tailored solutions.

**Product Development Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the R&D team to align product features with market needs and customer feedback.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning by sharing insights on market demands and emerging technologies.
- Participate in product launches, ensuring clear communication of technical benefits and unique selling points.

**Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to evaluate customer preferences, market dynamics, and emerging trends in the sensor industry.
- Analyze competitor products and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Use market data to recommend pricing strategies, product positioning, and target industries.

**Digital and Content Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize SEO and drive web traffic to product pages.
- Create and share educational content, such as blogs, webinars, and videos, to establish thought leadership in the sensor market.

**Qualifications and Skills:Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields). A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or a technical sales role within the sensor or electronics manufacturing industry.

**Technical Skills**:

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

**Tools and Software**:

- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Familiarity with CAD, simulation tools, or other engineering software is an advantage.
