
Project Coordinator

As project coordinator, role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a construction project from start to finish, including planning, organizing resources, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are completed on budget, to quality standards, and within specified deadlines, while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to meet project objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
Communication Management: Facilitate clear communication between project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed about project progress and any potential issues.
Progress Tracking: Regularly track project progress against the schedule, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
Budget Monitoring: Monitor project expenditures against the budget, identify cost variances, and propose cost-saving measures when necessary.
Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
Change Order Management: Review and process change orders, ensuring proper documentation and communication with all parties involved.
Contract Administration: Assist in contract management by reviewing subcontractor agreements and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

Pay: Up to ₹794,018.82 per year
