As we expand our operations, we are looking to hire an Accounts Executive to support our finance team and help drive the financial operations of the company.

**Job Overview**: The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, solid accounting knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring compliance with tax laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the manufacturing or sports industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
