Accounts Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate **E-Way Bills** and maintain related documentation
- Follow up with clients/customers for **payments** and update records
- Perform basic **data entry** and maintain daily records in Excel
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and other accounting documents
- Maintain and organize office files and administrative records
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Support other routine office tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel and Word**:
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Qualification: B.Com / BBA / or relevant field preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
