Requirements
- Search online and newspaper tenders and filling them on a regular basis.
- Should have Expertise of GEM Portal (Preferably).
- Should be aware of different types of tenders in medical field.
- Can handle tender related responsibilities (searching, preparing, filling, quoting, bidding, submitting) independently.
- Filling offline / online tender on E-Tender/E-Procurement/GeM Portals.
- Follow up for tender and updating tender status.
- Preparation of Technical/ Financial Bid biding tender formalities.
- Providing comparative details of procured contracts.
- Communicating with the Buyer Organization on regular basis for new Tenders made available online/offline by Different Government Departments.
- Preparation of tender documents, scanning, checking and Uploading Tender documents on website through e-tendering process.
- Providing extended support whenever required as per the need of the organization.
- Coordination with Pre-sales/Govt. Department/Buyer Organization for tender Compliance and technical Requirements.

Skills Required

1. Any Graduate with Experience of 2 years in the same field (Tender Executive)

2. Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience.

5. Good English communication skills.

Should have Expertise of GEM Portal: 2 years (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
