We're seeking an energetic Sr. Tender Executive/Procurement Executive to manage and elevate our government & private tendering initiatives.

**Role Overview**

As a **Tender Executive**, you will:

- Track and identify tender opportunities across Government channels (GeM, CPPP, State Portals).
- Prepare RFP/RFQ/Bid documentation—technical and financial—ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for bid content, costing, and documentation.
- Upload bids, manage submission timelines, attend pre-bid meetings, and respond to clarifications.
- Maintain tender MIS, schedules, and full documentation lifecycle per compliance standards.

10% cost reduction/Negotiations, Zero bid rejections

**Process Efficiency**:
Avg bid prep time ≤ 2 daysTender documentation accuracy >98%.

**Stakeholder Satisfaction**
- Cross‑functional feedback ≥ 4/5
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, etc.)
- 1-5 years in tendering/procurement, preferably in facility management or allied services
- Strong experience with GEM, CPPP, and state-level e‑procurement portals
- Excellent written/verbal communication, negotiation, and detail orientation
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with multiple teams
