U.S. based software company is looking for a US IT Recruiter.
- Minimum of **1 year** of experience in US Technical Recruitment.
- Should have knowledge in W2 and C2C requirements and placements.
- Should possess excellent screening skills.
- Excellent negotiation, **written and oral communication skills**.
- Must be target oriented and self-starter.
- Must have knowledge of recruiting through cold calling, as well as lead generation, and in interview preparation, placement and closing.
- **Willing to work in Night Shift (USA TIME ZONE).**:

- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment &should meet the target.
- Should have prior experience in handling direct clients & company.

Job Location: Kochi

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala, Ernakulam - 682036, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
