Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons to individuals and groups, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

2. Assess students' language proficiency levels and tailor instruction to meet their specific learning objectives and needs.

3. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, incorporating a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance learning outcomes.

4. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language proficiency and confidence.

5. Design and facilitate soft skills training sessions on topics such as communication, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, leadership, and teamwork.

6. Conduct needs assessments and customize training programs to address the specific requirements of corporate clients and organizations.

7. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including role-playing, case studies, simulations, and multimedia tools, to engage participants and maximize learning effectiveness.

8. Monitor and evaluate participants' progress and performance, adjusting training strategies as needed to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

9. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop new training materials, curriculum enhancements, and innovative teaching approaches.

10. Stay updated on trends and best practices in English language teaching and soft skills training, incorporating relevant methodologies and technologies into instruction.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. Proficiency in English language proficiency assessment tools and methodologies.

3. Proven experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) or English as a foreign language (EFL), preferably in a multicultural or international setting.

4. Strong understanding of language acquisition theories, teaching pedagogies, and curriculum development principles.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds and age groups.

6. Experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs, workshops, or seminars.

7. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation techniques.

8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technologies for delivering online instruction (e.g., virtual classrooms, video conferencing platforms).

10. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of clients and learners.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
