are looking for a dynamic and passionate jewellery designer to join our dynamic team.

This job opportunity is to help define the design language for our brand in India. This job role involves taking care of

the jewellery portfolio at True Silver by building the range ground up using deep insights and trends. This role requires a

strong understanding of current trends, excellent sketching, and the ability to translate creative vision into

marketable products.

What are the Key Accountability of this role?

Trend research and analysis : Undertake consumer / market research aligned to the identified mega trends to

suggest the design directions for the products

Competition Mapping: Continuously study competition brands to create a differentiated portfolio of products

Design direction : Develop original and innovative jewellery designs, considering aesthetics, functionality,

and manufacturability. Create sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models.

Design calendar: Drive the development of a detailed design calendar aligned to the marketing opportunities

Collection Development: Contribute to the development of cohesive jewellery collections, ensuring a

balance of styles, price points, and target demographics.

Design brief: Develop the product brief in alignment with quarterly collections or market requirements.

Technical drawing and design conceptualization: Develop the design idea based on the design brief, translate the

idea into drawing / sketches and present to the team for approvals/iterations. Coordinate with the technical team for the

development of the technical drawing to ensure its alignment with the design idea. Ensure complete involvement till

launch of final product.

Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors for new product development/ curation

Collaboration: Work in alignment with all key stakeholders including marketing, sales, manufacturing and leadership

team.

What are the critical success factors for this role?

Understanding mega trends and category trends to translate them into action.

Is a team player and can work with people internally as well as nurture external partners [vendors].

Graduation in design from a premiere college like NID and NIFT etc.

Ideally 5 yrs of experience in product design in lifestyle category with a solid body of work in a digital first lifestyle

brand. Acumen, drive & competency more imp than total experience. Prior jewellery design experience preferred.
