Managing Sampling department, designers shared with the clients and prepare files for all sampling and orders.
Developing and implementing merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best possible prices, delivery schedules, and terms of sale.
Successful merchandisers possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. They must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions. Additionally, they must possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of the latest industry trends and best practices.
