**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning and execution of the **Cambridge International Curriculum** (Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE, and/or AS & A Levels, as applicable).
- Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with **CIE standards and practices**.
- Guide and support teachers in **lesson planning, assessment design**, and delivery of engaging and effective instruction.
- Organize and conduct **teacher training and workshops** to maintain best practices within the Cambridge system.
- Liaise with **Cambridge International Examinations (CIE)** for registrations, examinations, updates, and compliance requirements.
- Lead **academic audits, curriculum reviews**, and coordinate internal and external assessments.
- Collaborate with school leadership to ensure smooth operations and curriculum development.
- Monitor student progress, assessment analysis, and suggest interventions for improvement.
- Serve as the point of contact for CIE-related queries from staff, students, and parents.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years of core experience** in teaching and coordinating the **CIE curriculum**.
- Thorough understanding of Cambridge pedagogy, framework, and assessments.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor, guide, and lead a team of facilitators.
- Comfortable with digital tools and data-driven instruction practices.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in setting up or scaling CIE programs in a school.
- Familiarity with Cambridge teacher and leadership training modules.
- Exposure to academic leadership roles within an international curriculum setup.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
