**Job Title**: Post Graduate Teacher - Mathematics (Cambridge Curriculum)

**Department**: Senior School

**Reporting to**: Head of Department / Academic Coordinator / Principal
**Curriculum**: Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Levels

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Mathematics syllabus.
- Use appropriate technology tools and digital platforms to enhance instruction and assessment.

**Lesson Planning and Assessment**:

- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials aligned with CIE learning objectives.
- Prepare students for external examinations with effective revision strategies and mock assessments.
- Analyze student performance data and provide timely, constructive feedback.

**Student Support and Development**:

- Offer academic guidance and support to students with varying levels of mathematical ability.
- Encourage critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and a growth mindset among learners.
- Mentor students for mathematics-related competitions, projects, or extended coursework if required.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the Head of Department and colleagues to ensure cohesive and integrated curriculum planning.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and guardians on student progress and performance.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.

**Professional Growth**:

- Stay informed about updates in the Cambridge curriculum and global best practices in mathematics education.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance teaching effectiveness.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Mathematics in the Cambridge curriculum at IGCSE and AS/A Level.
- Familiarity with the CIE assessment framework and marking schemes.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong content knowledge in Pure Mathematics, Statistics, and Mechanics (as per curriculum requirements).
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and meet diverse learning needs.
- Technologically adept with online teaching tools and platforms.
- A passion for teaching and inspiring students to excel in Mathematics.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
