**Job Title**: Post Graduate Teacher - Business Studies

**Department**: Senior Secondary School
**Reporting to**: Head of Department / Academic Coordinator / Principal
**Curriculum**: Cambridge International (CIE)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Academic Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Explain complex business theories and practices in a clear, relatable manner.
- Incorporate real-world business scenarios, case studies, and current affairs into lessons.

**Curriculum Planning**:

- Design yearly and term-wise lesson plans in line with curriculum goals.
- Prepare academic materials such as worksheets, presentations, assignments, and project guidelines.
- Assist in curriculum development and contribute to continuous academic improvement.

**Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Develop formative and summative assessments as per the curriculum framework.
- Analyze student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Conduct regular class tests, projects, and mock exams to track progress.

**Student Mentoring**:

- Encourage student participation in business fests, debates, and economic forums.
- Provide guidance for business-related competitions or coursework.
- Offer individual support to students for career and academic planning in business studies.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with curriculum changes, industry trends, and educational best practices.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and class performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents and school leadership regarding student progress.
- Support school-wide events, parent-teacher meetings, and other initiatives.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Business Studies.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Prior experience with CBSE/CIE/IB curriculum (as applicable).

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective classroom management and learner engagement strategies.
- Technological proficiency with smart boards, learning management systems, and online tools.
- Team collaboration, adaptability, and commitment to student success.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
