Overview:
**Accountablity**:
**PGT is the PepsiCo's strategic $4B technology enabled business transformation to enable and accelerate our digital transformation. PepsiCo Global Template is about developing and leveraging assets in a consistent manner across the enterprise. PGT will consolidate and modernize our core business transactional systems footprint and create a digital services platform on top of the core business systems. This role will connect ensure consistent and reliable toolsets for managing program delivery across deployments globally.**

Minimum 4-7 years of experience managing cross-functional and end-to-end IT business processes

Minimum 4-7 years experience in all phases of systems development from concept through installation and maintenance

Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in required technology

Master level proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project.

Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Total Experience 8 to 11 Years experience

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Skills/ Responsibility**:

- Collaborate with end-users, business analysts, and systems analysts to determine features, requirements and solution design.
- Document, and enforce architectural and design standards
- Gather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, development, and testing phases
- Possess a thorough understanding of the data, sources of data, and relationships of data
- Mentor junior analyst and developers
- Serve as the point of contact for the program sponsor and a key member of the Governance team
- Assist in the determination of the impact of program changes on the business case, and re-forecast value creation
- Identify areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation
- Comply with and enforce standard PepsiCo company policies and procedures
