**Position Overview**
The Sap Basis Lead Consultant is responsible for the SAP BASIS Operations of all SAP solutions across
Multiple geographies and sectors (AMESA, APAC, NA, Europe, LATAM) including PGT program, and will partner with other IT Orgs (such as infrastructure, enterprise architecture, ITOPS, etc.) to deliver a high-quality technical solution design and manage multiple complex technical deliveries while following global standards and ensuring tight integration with the global delivery team. This role will also be a key contact for IT vendors to deliver desired results by hiring skilled competencies, right planning, and execution.

**Checklist of Experience Required for this Position**:

- 10+ SAP Basis experience
- 5+ Years of HANA experience
- 3+ Years of Team Lead experience
- SAP BASIS Administration of NetWeaver (ABAP, Java, Dual Stacks) products and non-NetWeaver products likeBOBJ, BODS etc., and Cloud Apps like BTPSAP HANA Administration/DR Design and Operations
- Experience with multiple OS and DB flavor Solution Manager, SAP Charm, ITIL tools & processes, MS Office products, project implementation and production support experience
- Knowledge of integration points between business processes
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Solves highly complex problems within the work team
- Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Ability to make decisions based on information at hand. Short term and long-term impacts of those decisions.
- Communication skills at both technical and non-technical level.
- Excellent SAP Basis Administration and Operations experience

**The Role**:

- Leads technically and Prioritize team’s work and assign daily work tasks with limited supervision
- Manages a team size of about 2-3 direct reports (Internal/Vendor)
- Provides guidance and expertise to the support teams on design and development performance and architecture decisions
- Works with Sector Operations leads and Global leads and Gets guidance from global teams for standards and direction
- Responsible for SAP System availability and Performance across the globe
- Leads team’s work with customers and IT partners to identify and resolve issues within defined SLAs
- Provides outstanding customer service to direct and indirect customers
