**Job Title**:
**PGT Accountancy and Economics Facilitator (CIE)**

**Department**: Senior Secondary School - Commerce Stream

**Reports to**: Academic Coordinator / Head of School / Principal

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities: Curriculum & Pedagogy**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans aligned with the Cambridge (CIE) curriculum standards for Accountancy and Economics.
- Integrate experiential learning, case studies, and problem-solving activities in classroom instruction.
- Use digital tools, simulations, and online resources to enrich classroom experience.
- Prepare students for Cambridge assessments, ensuring mastery of syllabus content and exam strategies.

**Assessment & Evaluation**
- Design formative and summative assessments in accordance with CIE guidelines.
- Analyze student performance and provide regular, constructive feedback.
- Maintain records of academic progress and communicate regularly with parents and school leadership.

**Academic Contribution**
- Mentor students for external competitions, business fairs, debates, and Olympiads.

**Professional Development**
- Attend regular training workshops and Cambridge PD sessions to stay current with curriculum updates and teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to inter-disciplinary learning modules.

**Pastoral and Administrative Duties**
- Take on mentoring responsibilities for a group of students.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
- Fulfill all administrative duties such as documentation, reports, and student tracking.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Master’s Degree in Commerce / Economics / Accountancy or related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching at the senior secondary level (CIE curriculum experience highly preferred).
- Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level syllabus for both Economics (0455/9708) and Accounting (0452/9706).

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
