**Key Responsibilities**
- **Instructional Delivery**: Plan, prepare, and deliver accountancy lessons for higher secondary students according to the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and update curriculum materials and instructional strategies that meet the needs of diverse learners in accountancy.
- **Student Assessment**: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress in accountancy. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- **Classroom Management**: Create and maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that supports learning and respects student diversity.
- **Student Support**: Identify and support students with varying academic abilities and learning needs in accountancy. Provide additional assistance to students as needed.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns related to accountancy.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest educational practices and developments in accountancy education.
- **Technology Integration**: Incorporate educational technology into accountancy lessons to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Encourage and participate in extracurricular activities, such as commerce clubs, competitions, and school events related to accountancy.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues, including participating in departmental meetings, planning sessions, and school committees.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and educational standards. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance in accountancy.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a teaching credential is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
