**Role and Responsibilities**
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- **Identify new leads and potential new markets**

**.** Ability to find potential investors for Debentures Subordinate Debt issues
- To research different sales options and analysing them
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

**Skill Set**
- Good with numbers
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- Networking and Marketing skills
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
- Excellent time management and organization skill
- Skills in online marketing will be appreciated ( Not Mandatory)

**MINIMUM 2-3 Years of work experience in a NBFC/Sales/ Gold Loan/Insurance is required**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
