Role Summary:

We are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for visiting dealers, showrooms, and retailers to promote and sell Philips Personal Care, Domestic Appliance, and Audio-Video products.

The role involves maintaining strong dealer relationships, achieving sales targets, collecting orders, and ensuring visibility of Philips products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned Philips dealers and retailers on a regular basis.
  • Promote Philips product range including trimmers, shavers, mixers, irons, audio systems, etc.
  • Generate and book dealer orders as per sales targets.
  • Follow up on service complaints, ensure parts/service availability, and confirm closure with the dealer.
  • Develop new dealer accounts and expand the distribution network.
  • Ensure product display and branding at dealer outlets.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for dispatches.
  • Collect market feedback on pricing, competitor activities, and product performance.
  • Follow up on payments and outstanding collections.
  • Prepare daily visit and sales reports
