**Job Title**: UX Designer ( 1 Year Experienced)

**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a experienced talented UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **User Research**: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

2. **Wireframing and Prototyping**:Create low-fidelity sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

3. **Visual Design**: Develop high-fidelity designs that align with our brand guidelines and design systems.

4. **Design Systems**: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems and guidelines.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and feasibility.

6. **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

7. **Design Documentation**:Create and maintain design documentation, including design specs and design systems.

8. **Stay Up-to-Date**:Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:
1. **1+ Year of Experience**: 1+ year of experience in UX design, with a portfolio that showcases your work.

2. **Design Tools**: Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.

3. **User-Centered Design**: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

4. **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.

5. **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

**Advantage (if you have)**:
1. **Front-end Development**:Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

2. **Design Systems**: Knowledge of design systems and accessibility guidelines is desirable.

3. **Certification**:Certification in UX design or a related field is a plus.
