**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Basic network troubleshooting: LAN/WAN, IP configuration, DNS/DHCP issues.
- Coordinate with vendors/teams for escalations and hardware replacements.
- Regular patch management and system updates.
- Manage user access, account creation, and file-sharing permissions.
- Perform daily system health checks and report anomalies.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets and SOPs.
- Monitor and miantain Servers and VMs.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.
- Hands-on experience supporting **stock exchange/trading platforms**.
- Good understanding of networking basics (IP, DNS, firewalls, routers).
- Familiar with ticketing tools and remote access software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- MCSA / RHCSA / CompTIA+ (Not mandatory but a plus)

**Additional Details**:

- **Work Mode**: On-site (Ghatkopar Office)
- **Joining**: Immediate Joiner Preferred
- **Working Days**: Monday to Friday
- **Working Time**: 8 am to 5:30 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,743.42 - ₹53,129.82 per month
