**Job Title: System Administrator**

**Profile Description**:

- **Hardware Knowledge**: Understanding of desktop and laptop hardware components, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- **Operating Systems**: Proficiency in various operating systems, such as Ubuntu, Windows, and possibly mac OS.
- **Remote Desktop Support**: Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and techniques
- **System Inventory**: maintaining system assets Inventory
- **Peripheral Devices**: Experience with configuring and troubleshooting peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and external drives.
- **Virtualization**: Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-V
- **Networking**: Basic networking knowledge for troubleshooting connectivity issues and configuring network settings on desktops. Understanding of networking principles, protocols, and troubleshooting.
- **Firewall**: knowledge of FortiGate firewall and access point (AP)
- **Managing** Seqrite Antivirus Console and client machine
- **Troubleshooting Skills**: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktop systems.
- **Server Administration**: Experience in managing servers, configuring services,
- **Synology NAS Storage Server**:

- Ensure data on the NAS is regularly backed up.
- Set up access controls and permissions for data security.
- Monitor storage capacity and plan for expansion if needed.
- BSC IT OR Graduate with Diploma in Hardware, Software and Networking
- Prior Experience of minimum 5 years as IT Administrator / Desktop Administrator / System Administrator is a must
- Knowledge of NAS Server Management is a must
- Must be detail oriented, techno savvy, updated with market intelligence on latest development
- Should have knowledge of internet service provider and IT related administrative operations and arrangements as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
