**Roles and Responsibilities**

To assist clients in booking holiday packages, cruise, flights etc of their choice. The role demands sales and operations for tours in Andaman Islands. In this role, you will help provide quotes to find the best value options available and make bookings for transport, accommodation, sightseeing activities and other travel related activities a client may need.
- Handling traveller queries and taking travel requirements
- Understand clients requirement and offer packages accordingly
- Coordinating with ground operations team.
- Handling operations/sales for ongoing tours.
- Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking and customization of tour packages.
- Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution
- Assisting clients with Cruise Bookings, flight ticketing, Booking Activities and pre-trip formalities
- Post sales file operations, Invoicing
- Achieve the assigned sales targets
- Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
- Responsible to ensure that the tour is operated smoothly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is must
- Have passion for Sales and customer service is must
- Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a constraint
- Good knowledge of popular destinations in Andamans preferred but not a constraint
- Must have knowledge of Andamans geography, hotels & airport preferred but not a constraint

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:
