**Job Summary**:Client Relations is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving the company’s marketing initiatives.
This role involves understanding client needs, creating tailored marketing strategies, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Regularly communicate with clients to discuss ongoing projects, gather feedback, and address any concerns.

**Customized Marketing Solutions**:
Develop and propose tailored marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the client's objectives.
Work closely with clients to understand their target audience, brand positioning, and marketing goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and digital marketing, to execute client-specific campaigns.

**Client Onboarding & Training**:
Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a clear understanding of services offered.
Provide clients with training and resources on how to effectively use the company's marketing tools and services.

**Campaign Management**:
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Prepare and present detailed campaign reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.

**Cross-Selling & Upselling**:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients.
Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches that meet client needs.

**Market Research & Analysis**:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, client competitors, and emerging marketing techniques.
Analyze client performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments.

**Event Coordination**:
Plan and coordinate client-focused events, such as webinars, workshops, and product launches.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, networking with potential clients and industry professionals.

**Educational Background**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:2 Year experience in marketing executive ( Client relations )

Previous experience in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries is preferred.

**Skills**:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing platforms.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
