Shall Visit all the sites in First week to idenƟfy the source of informaƟon ( ExecuƟve / Supervisor / Casual Staff ) for collecƟng manpower reporƟng strength on daily basis. 2. Shall understand client wise actual floor strength. daily week off strength, week end strength, week days strength, male and female raƟo, shiŌ changing, ShiŌ Ɵmings 3. Shall prepare a week off schedule with co-ordinaƟon with unit supervisors, execuƟves.( Basically it is the list of all employees with their week off day) ( List shall have all the contact numbers of employees ) 4. Shall get or take the report of actual manpower reported to the customer place as per shiŌ Ɵmings. ( Follow the customer shiŌ program ) 5. Immediately publishing the manpower shortage informaƟon to the Area OperaƟons Managers. 6. Calling the employees who are on week off and direcƟng them to fill the gap at the sites and asking unit supervisors, execuƟves to follow up the same. 7. Sending the buffer staff to the shortage places immediately to fill the gap. 8. Shall understand the shortage reason. ( Un-inƟmated absent, inƟmated absent, health emergency, traveling emergency, un-toward incident OR leŌ the organizaƟon) 9. Calling the employees to office who are absent without informaƟon and issuing them warning leƩers and taking explanaƟon is mandatory. Ask all the employees to inform them in case of any instant leaves. 10. Leave planning for fesƟvals to be discussed with execuƟves / supervisors and the same need to be implemented through calling the employees and making them understand the situaƟons. 11. Publishing daily vacancy posiƟons on noƟce board and distribuƟng the segregated list to the designated sourcing officers. 12. Daily publishing the over all operaƟons report with out fail is mandatory. 13. CompleƟng the joining formaliƟes and sending the new employees to designated units and informing the same to supervisors / execuƟves and ops managers. 14. Reports must be generated 24/7, 365 days for all shiŌs including holidays, fesƟvals, and your week off days with out fail. 15. Reports shall be posted within 15 minutes of shiŌ occurrence Ɵme.
