We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive **Female Telecalling Executive** to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing clients, introducing company services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and convert them into potential clients.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.
- Follow up with interested customers to ensure closure.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer requirements and market trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **12th pass / Graduate preferred**.
- Prior experience in **telecalling / telesales / customer service** is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Telugu** (additional languages are a plus).
- Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
