Job Summary:
The Import Executive will support the import operations by managing import documentation, data entry, and using SAP software to track shipments and inventory. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of import-related information while maintaining compliance with customs and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and maintain import data accurately in SAP and other relevant systems.
- Prepare and verify import documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents for smooth shipment clearance.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders about status and delays.
- Assist in reconciling shipment documents with purchase orders and invoices in SAP.
- Maintain digital and physical records of import transactions and reports.
- Support payment processing related to import duties, taxes, and freight charges in coordination with finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
- Resolve discrepancies or missing data by coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Provide regular reports on import activities and shipment status using SAP-generated data.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, especially in procurement or inventory modules.
- Good data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of import/export documentation and processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
