**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in curating, creating, and managing digital content across various social media platforms. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation and Curation**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with our brand's messaging and goals.
- Generate engaging text, image, and video content that resonates with our target audience and promotes brand identity.
- Create and source high-quality visual content, including images and videos, that are optimized for each social media platform.

2. **Platform Management**:

- Manage and maintain our presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,Snapchat and Pinterest.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor trends and best practices in social media, adapting strategies as needed to keep our content fresh and relevant.

3. **Content Publishing**:

- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms using scheduling tools.
- Monitor and manage posts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Optimize content for each platform's specific requirements, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.

4. **Audience Engagement**:

- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and conversations related to our brand.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions.
- Proactively initiate conversations, polls, and discussions to encourage audience engagement.

5. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to refine content strategies.

6. **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing and branding strategies.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create compelling visual content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging digital content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and algorithms in the social media landscape.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current social media best practices and emerging trends.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
