**Position Overview**:Are you adept at steering remote and hybrid teams? Can you navigate the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone? As Softlix's COO, you'll be at the helm, managing the complexities of a startup, forging partnerships, and driving success.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**: Collaborate on vision, aligning with Softlix and RDMI leaders.

**Remote & Hybrid Team Management**: Guide teams across locations, using top-notch tools.

**Operational Leadership**: Ensure smooth operations, both in-house and remotely.

**Financial Management**: Align with Softlix's goals and RDMI's financial strategies.

**Product Innovation**: Foster collaboration for groundbreaking product development.

**Client & Partnership Building**: Acquire large clients to create case studies, forge partnerships, and garner awards and recognition.

**Compliance**: Navigate legal and regulatory requirements with precision.

**Fostering Innovation**: Encourage a culture where innovation thrives.

**Sales & Outreach**: Utilize your sales skills to expand Softlix's impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of leadership in software or technology, with startup exposure.
- Experience managing remote and hybrid teams, operating in the EST time zone.
- Proficiency in tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence, Invision, Notion, Figma, Zendesk, and Miro.
- Quick learning ability, adaptable to new technologies.
- Strong skills in leadership, communication, sales, and outreach.
- Proven success in forming partnerships, acquiring significant clients, and achieving recognition.
