**About the role**

1. Co-ordinating with Hiring Manager for Job Description

4. Screening applicants based on their qualifications, and co-ordination with Hiring Manager for shortlisting profiles

6. Offer Negotiation

7. Onboarding New Employees

8. Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics

9. Coordination with Recruitment Partners

10. Responsible for Campus Hiring

**Qualification & Experience**
- MBA in Human Resources
- 4- 6 Years’ Experience in Recruitment
- Data Orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
