MUST HAVE HANDLED RECRUITMENT FOR MANUFACTURING COMPANIES PREFREABLY HEAVY MACHINERY AND MECHANICAL PRODUCTS INDUSTRY

**Recruitment Executive/HR Executive responsibilities include**:
1) Identify & study the prospective as per manpower requisition received.

2) Understand and have a clear view on company’s strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs

3) Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications

6) Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and check credits

8) Research into competitors and marketplace

9) Develop a suitable recruiting strategy.

10) Advertise for vacancies on professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, online job portals and other consultancies for high profile jobs.

12) Connect with the new employees and conduct on-boarding and orientation sessions.

13) Coordinate training sessions if needed for the new employees.

14) Serve as a liaison with employment agencies and industry associations

15) Conduct an exit interview for terminating employees.

16) Support the team in all other HR & Admin Activities.

**Requirements and skills**:
1) Relevant Experience of **4 to 5 years**

2) Proven working experience in recruiting

3) Fluent language and communication skills.

4) Deep understanding of recruitment processes

5) Proficiency in Ms Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint etc.)

6) Prior experience of transacting with online job portals, employee agencies and educational institutions.

9) Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)

10) Client focus along with relationship building skills

**Qualification**:
Graduation

Diploma/Degree with Specialization in Human Resources from an Institute of acclaim.

**Budget**:
2.5 lacs to 3.5 lacs

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
