Socially Crafted is a dynamic marketing agency specializing in the hospitality industry. We bring creative storytelling and performance-driven marketing to the forefront, working closely with bars, restaurants, and event spaces to elevate their brands and engage their audiences.

**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. You’ll play a key role in building and executing social media strategies for our hospitality clients, focusing on content that resonates, engages, and drives results. If you’re passionate about the hospitality sector and thrive on creating compelling content that captures the essence of vibrant venues, we’d love to meet you

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Craft engaging, on-brand content including posts, stories, and reels tailored for the hospitality audience.
- Collaborate with our design team to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity.
- Conduct regular social media audits and competitor analysis to refine strategies and content.
- Manage and monitor engagement, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Analyze data and report on social media performance, adjusting tactics to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management software.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with trends in the hospitality space and an understanding of what engages an F&B audience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,525.82 per month
