Socially Crafted is a hospitality-focused marketing agency that specializes in creative and performance-driven social media strategies. Our clients include top bars, restaurants, and event venues, and we’re passionate about bringing their stories to life across social platforms.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Intern who is ready to learn the ins and outs of social media marketing in the hospitality industry. This role offers hands-on experience, where you’ll support our Social Media team in creating and executing engaging content, learning effective brand strategies, and growing social communities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and curating content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Schedule posts, stories, and reels across social channels using content management tools.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a brand-appropriate voice.
- Conduct research on social media trends, competitor activity, and hospitality-focused content ideas.
- Collaborate with the design team on visual content creation and ensure all content aligns with brand standards.
- Help monitor and report on social media performance, learning how to analyze metrics and adjust content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for social media, with knowledge of the major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong interest in the hospitality industry, especially bars, restaurants, and event spaces.
- Creative mindset and a basic understanding of visual aesthetics.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
