**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with client objectives
- Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance audience engagement.

**2) Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor successful marketing campaigns for both international and Indian clients.
- Take ownership of ideation, presentation creation, project management, and analytics.

**3) Client Collaboration**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.

**4) Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze performance metrics for data-driven decision-making.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, making recommendations for improvements.

**5) Content Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with designers to create compelling and engaging content
- Take an active role in content creation and copywriting, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

**6) Branding and ROI Strategies**:

- Work on branding and awareness strategies for social media channels.
- Develop and implement ROI-focused strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

**7) Audience Analysis**:

- Manage social media platforms and analyze audience engagement through insights to identify trends and growth opportunities.

**8) Client Communication**:

- Keep clients informed about the progress of social media campaigns and ensure their satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related eld (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
