**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. You may have to assist shoots, act or give voice over sometimes.
- Assist in developing social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and conversations relevant to the company's industry or target audience.
- Schedule and post content on various social media platforms according to a content calendar. Ensure consistency in posting frequency and timing.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the online community.
- Analyze social media metrics such as reach engagement, and follower growth using tools like Google Analytics, etc., and provide reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Research social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on new social media features, tools, and algorithms to leverage them for better results.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a graduate
- Proficiency in the English language.
- At least 6 months experience as a social media strategist or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
