Title: Social media strategist
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
1. Social Media Strategy: -Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' goals and objectives. -Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, competitor analysis, and industry trends. -Create content calendars, campaign plans, and social media guidelines.
2. Influencer Management: -Identify brand values and target audience. -Ensure timely deliverables and high-quality content. -Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with their followers and achieves campaign objectives.
3. Campaign Execution and Management: -Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across multiple platforms. -Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives. -Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Content Development: -Conceptualize and create engaging social media content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets. -Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce high quality content. -Ensure brand consistency and adherence to style guidelines across all social media channels.
5. Community Engagement and Customer Service: -Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. -Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and clients by engaging in meaningful conversations and providing excellent customer service.
6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: -Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. -Conduct regular competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications: -Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in handling multiple accounts on social media -Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and trends -Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the influencer marketing space. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to write engaging and compelling content for social media -Creative thinking and problem-solving skills -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills -Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, SproutSocial, or Buffer. Also digital marketing principles and SEO concepts is a plus.
Pay: ₹13,529.20 - ₹35,000.00 per month
