
Customer Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce insurance products and services.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
3. Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
4. Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities using CRM software.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, product changes, and competitor offerings to effectively position our insurance products in the market.
8. Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
9. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 3 months of experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
8. Relevant insurance certifications or licenses (if applicable) will be an advantage.
**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
