**Employment Type**: Full time, Permanent **Location**: Coimbatore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- To Procure Best Quality of Material economically (Lowest Cost) within stipulated Delivery

Period
- To Maintain Uninterrupted Flow of material to support the development schedules
- To Develop New Vendor and maintain good Buyer-Seller relationship
- To promote source development
- To provide necessary information to curators & education officer regarding availability of good quality material in the market, supplier's capability & performance etc.,
- Daily routine works I.e. Negotiation with supplier, placement of order, full-up, tracking material etc.,
- Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations

**Ideal Qualification & Skills**:

- Any graduate degree
- Knowledge in Computer
- Clear knowledge in construction materials

**Overall Work Experience preferred**:

- 3+ years experience in Stores
- Real Estate Experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
