- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
- Provide clear and concise instructions or solutions to customers.
- **Excel Data Management**:

- Utilize Excel to track customer interactions, organize data, and generate reports.
- Analyze customer feedback and data trends using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for internal reporting purposes.
- Assist with the creation of customized customer reports or summaries.
- **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Translate complex issues into simple language for customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless and effective communication across the company.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Accurately document all customer interactions and provide detailed feedback to the relevant teams.
- Assist in compiling regular performance reports using Excel data.
- Excellent written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Excel Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas.
- Ability to generate, manipulate, and interpret data from Excel.
