**Full job description**

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic and analytical finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Building and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients
- Resolving client query /complaints quickly effectively and efficiently
- Meeting with Management to plan strategically.
- Understanding key client individual needs and addressing these.
- Identify and approach to new client opportunities by researching and analysing market trends, competitor activities and potential leads.
- Monitoring excellent client service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly
- Regularly communicate with clients to keep them informed about new offerings or updates
- Collaboration with PPC department for process of purchase order
- Follow up of purchase order complete the PO at the given period.
- Negotiate contracts with customers regarding prices, product quality, and delivery times
- Gather feedback from clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
- Correction and implement necessary changes to enhance client experience
- Maintain and generate accurate records for reporting to Management
- Coordinate and build relationships with vendors to ensure successful achievement of all systems objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in sale or marketing or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3+ yrs. of experience.

SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills.
- Superior product knowledge of gemstone.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on client satisfaction.
