**Key Responsibilities**

**E-commerce Platform Management**:

- Manage product listings, pricing, and content on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, company website).
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
- Ensure accuracy and appeal of product descriptions, images, and specifications.
- **Order Processing & Customer Service**:

- Oversee daily order fulfillment and ensure timely dispatch.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with courier services for smooth delivery operations.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

- Track sales, analyze data, and generate performance reports.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to boost traffic and sales.
- Optimize listings for search visibility (SEO) and conversions.
- Marketing Coordination:

- Assist in planning and executing online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage paid advertisements and sponsored listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Vendor & Platform Relationships:

- Liaise with e-commerce platform representatives for account management and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and tools.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
**Skills**:

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and tools like MS Excel, Photoshop, or Canva is a plus.
**Personal Attributes**:
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Passion for e-commerce and customer-centric mindset.

Pay: ₹9,621.44 - ₹26,965.44 per month
