
Marketing Assistant

The Construction Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s construction services or products. This individual will work closely with the sales, project management, and business development teams to create targeted campaigns that align with business objectives, increase customer engagement, and improve market positioning. The role involves managing both digital and traditional marketing efforts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that align with company goals.
- Develop strategies to promote construction services/products, focusing on B2B and/or B2C customers.
- Identify target markets and analyze competition to refine marketing approaches.
- **Brand Management**:
- Oversee the company’s brand presence across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Work with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies to develop marketing materials such as brochures, website content, and advertisements.
- **Digital Marketing**:
- Ensure the company’s website is up to date with relevant and engaging content.
- Monitor and optimize online presence through Google Analytics, social media metrics, and other analytics tools.
- **Content Creation**:
- Develop engaging content for blogs, newsletters, press releases, case studies, and project highlights.
- Produce marketing collateral such as presentations, videos, and testimonials to promote construction projects and services.
- **Lead Generation & Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create campaigns that drive lead generation and support business development efforts.
- Track leads generated from marketing efforts and report on the success of campaigns.
- **Event Planning & Industry Networking**:
- Organize and coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Establish partnerships with key industry stakeholders to promote services/products.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct research to identify new market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Prepare market analysis reports and present findings to senior management to inform marketing strategies.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering high ROI.
- Negotiate with vendors for printing, media placements, and promotional products.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or architecture industries.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with construction terminology, regulations, and trends is a plus.
