**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative** to help drive in-store and online sales, build client relationships, and represent the AGASYA ETHNICS brand. You’ll be the face of our business, ensuring every customer receives personalized attention and expert guidance in selecting their perfect outfit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Offer styling advice and product recommendations based on current trends and individual requirements.
- Manage in-store and digital inquiries regarding outfit availability, pricing, and bookings.
- Close rental agreements, upsell accessories/services, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong post-sale relationships.
- Work collaboratively with design and operations teams to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Maintain product displays and contribute to a visually appealing store environment.
- Keep track of client feedback and market trends to inform inventory and sales strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (wedding/fashion industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fashion and understanding of Indian wedding trends.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati.
