
Export Marketing Executive

**Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify new export markets and trends.
- Analyze customer behaviors, competitive landscapes, and product demand in target regions.
- Track industry changes, market conditions, and competitive activities to adjust marketing strategies.
- **Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for international markets.
- Create marketing plans that align with global business goals, including brand positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align export marketing strategies with the overall business direction.
- **Brand Development & Promotion**:
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials (brochures, digital content, trade show materials, etc.) customized for export markets.
- Work with design and creative teams to develop country-specific campaigns and promotional materials.
- Coordinate advertising and promotional efforts through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners in target markets.
- Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to local teams on marketing-related queries and assist in negotiations.
- **Sales Support & Collaboration**:
- Support the sales team by providing marketing resources, market insights, and strategies that will help in closing deals with international clients.
- Collaborate with sales and export operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery, including packaging, documentation, and shipping.
- **Event Management**:
- Plan and execute international trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Represent the company at global trade events to showcase products and develop business relationships.
- **Budget Management**:
- Prepare and manage the export marketing budget for international campaigns.
- Monitor expenses and allocate resources efficiently to achieve marketing goals.
- **Compliance & Regulations**:
- Ensure all marketing strategies comply with international regulations, including customs laws, advertising standards, and ethical practices in global markets.
- Stay informed about export policies and regulatory requirements in different regions.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in export marketing, international business development, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of international markets and global trade dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies for different countries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings, trade shows, and market exploration.
