**Key Responsibilities**:
**International Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and develop new international markets for ceramic tiles.
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and importers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales to ensure profitable transactions **Client Relationship & Communication**:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
**Market Research & Competitor Analysis**
- Stay updated on global trends, competitor strategies, and emerging markets.
- Recommend strategies to increase market share and enhance brand presence.
**Travel & Business Representation**
- Travel abroad for business meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
- Represent the company professionally and expand global networking opportunities.
- Convince potential clients about the quality, design, and benefits of our ceramic tiles.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve export-related issues efficiently.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English** (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- **Willingness to travel internationally** for business purposes.
- **Strong client persuasion and negotiation skills.**:
- **Experience in the ceramic tiles industry** or building materials export preferred.
- Knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international trade regulations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹10,175.98 - ₹50,000.00 per month
