**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and address their concerns.
- Persuade customers to purchase products/services by demonstrating how they meet their needs.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve performance.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
