Customer Support Executive (CSE)

**Location**: Mohali

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely on **document verification**, order fulfillment, or support-related processes as per client requirements.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary and follow up until resolution.
- Manage support tickets end-to-end using helpdesk or CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

**Who You Are**:

- Have **1-3 years of experience** in **customer-facing roles**, preferably in support or document handling.
- Experience working in a **ticket-based support system** is highly desirable.
- Strong command over **English and communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- Confident in managing direct client conversations and resolving queries efficiently.
- Good analytical thinking and reasoning ability to assess customer problems and offer appropriate solutions.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a seamless support experience.

**Good to Have**:

- Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
- Experience in handling onboarding, KYC, or backend operations support.
