**Interior Design Site Supervisor**

**Right Move Builders & Interiors** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Interior Design Site Supervisor** to join our team in Trivandrum. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

**Job Summary**:
The Interior Design Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior design projects on-site, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills, as you will be working closely with contractors, vendors, and the design team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to interior design projects.
- Manage and direct contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment on site.
- Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and address any concerns from contractors or clients.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports and material usage.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior design.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- **Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own bike.**:

- **Four-wheeler license is an added advantage.**

**Salary**:
Starting from ₹20,000 per month.
