**Laboratory Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the dye house laboratory.
- Ensure the lab is well-organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct tests on raw materials, dye baths, and finished fabrics to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze and document test results accurately.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency in dyeing processes.
- **Sample Preparation and Testing**:

- Prepare dye recipes and conduct lab dips for customer approval.
- Perform physical and chemical tests on fabrics to evaluate color fastness, shrinkage, and other quality parameters.
- Coordinate with the dyeing department to replicate lab dip results in bulk production.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of all tests and results.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and lab activities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on test results to improve dyeing processes.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and train lab technicians and assistants.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficient lab operations.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory of lab chemicals, dyes, and consumables.
- Ensure timely ordering and restocking of necessary supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and stock levels.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with advancements in dyeing technologies and laboratory practices.
- Implement innovative techniques and best practices to enhance lab efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives to address production and quality challenges.
### **Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dye house laboratory, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of têxtile dyeing processes and quality control procedures.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in using lab equipment and conducting various têxtile tests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and lab management software.
- **Attributes**:

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
